Support is handled by email. Do not send private Anchor photos, detailed mental-health history, payment-card details, or emergency requests.
Open DepreScan Settings and choose the subscription row, or use Apple’s subscription-management page. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel billing.
Open DepreScan Settings and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase.
Apple processes DepreScan purchases. Refund eligibility and requests are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.
In DepreScan Settings, choose Delete everything and confirm. This removes the local profile, photos, check-ins, steps, and milestones and cancels the scheduled notification. Because there is no DepreScan account or server copy, deletion cannot be undone by support.
Open Settings and choose Swap Anchor. Re-anchoring after reaching Home keeps the previous Anchor as a Road marker; replacing through Settings follows the confirmation shown in the app.
DepreScan does not operate cloud sync or accounts. Support cannot move or recover a journey from another device.
Use iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security to review photo or camera access. DepreScan can continue with the photos you explicitly choose; it does not analyze faces.
Health access is optional and read-only. Change it in the Health app or iPhone Settings. Turning it off removes the Health ribbon from future Road context but does not block check-ins.
Change the reminder time inside DepreScan Settings. Allow or deny notification access in iPhone Settings. DepreScan schedules no more than one local daily nudge.
Never include an Apple account password, payment-card number, detailed medical information, or content requiring an emergency response.
