Know your paycheck
before it lands.
Paint your shifts on a calendar. ShiftCheck does the math your schedule app won't — weekly overtime, night and weekend differentials, take-home estimates — and shows the number that actually matters.

Yours, privately
No account. No ads. Works offline. Your schedule never leaves your phone.
WHY NOT THE OTHERS?
Three things a shift calendar should get right.
Works offline, no account
Your shifts and pay rates live on your iPhone, not on a server you have to sign in to. Paint next month in a break room with no signal and every number still updates.
No subscription. Ever.
The calendar is free, and the full pay engine is $14.99 once. There is no monthly plan, no trial that quietly converts, and nothing that stops working next year.
The only shift calendar that does your paycheck math
Most schedule apps stop at telling you when you work. ShiftCheck applies your differentials, weekly overtime, and holiday premiums to every painted shift and shows the check they add up to.
Pay once. That's it.
The calendar is free forever. One purchase unlocks the full pay engine — differentials, overtime, rotations, unlimited shift types, take-home estimates.

FAQ
Is ShiftCheck free?
Yes. The calendar is free with no account and no ads: paint your shifts with two shift types, see this month's earnings, and keep it forever. The full pay engine — night, weekend, and holiday differentials, weekly overtime, rotation autofill, unlimited shift types, widgets, and take-home estimates — is ShiftCheck Pro, a single $14.99 purchase. There is no subscription and nothing expires.
What does Pro unlock?
ShiftCheck Pro is $14.99 once, paid through the App Store, and it unlocks the pay engine: unlimited shift types, night and weekend differentials, holiday premiums, weekly overtime on your effective rate, rotation autofill for patterns like 2-2-3 and DuPont, home-screen widgets, and calendar export. Everything you painted on the free calendar carries over, and the purchase restores on a new phone.
Does it handle night and weekend differentials?
Yes. Set a differential once as a flat dollar amount per hour or a percentage of base, define the window it applies to, and ShiftCheck pays it only for the hours that actually fall inside that window. A 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift that crosses midnight splits correctly, and weekend and holiday premiums stack on top of the night rate the way payroll applies them.
How is overtime calculated?
Weekly overtime on your effective rate. ShiftCheck totals the hours in each workweek, and every hour past the threshold you set (40 by default) is paid at 1.5 times the rate those hours actually earned, differential included. That is how the FLSA regular rate works, so the number on the calendar tracks the number on your pay stub instead of undercounting overtime on nights.
Does my schedule leave my phone?
No. There is no account to create and no server to sync to; your shifts, pay rates, and estimates are stored on your iPhone and the app works fully offline. The only network use is the App Store purchase for Pro. Nothing is collected, sold, or used for ads, and deleting the app deletes the data with it.
Does it work for rotating schedules like 2-2-3?
Yes. Rotation autofill stamps any repeating cycle — 2-2-3 Panama, Pitman, DuPont, 4 on 4 off, 48/96, or one you invent — across as many months as you want from a single anchor date. Every schedule page on this site has an Open in ShiftCheck button that sends the pattern straight into the app, and weekly overtime is computed on whatever the rotation produces.
