I bought Pro on another phone — how do I restore it?
Settings (gear) → ShiftCheck Pro → Restore purchase. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, not the device.
My overtime looks wrong.
Each job has an overtime rule: weekly (default 40 hours, week start configurable), daily, or the hospital 8/80 rule, with the limits you set, and off-day pickups can count as overtime. Overtime is paid at your multiplier on your effective rate including differentials. Check the job's overtime rule, limits and week start, and that your night/weekend windows match your employer's.
Where is my data stored?
Your schedule stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. There is no Shift Calendar account. iCloud sync is free and on by default for new installs when you're signed in to iCloud; it syncs through your own private iCloud, we can't see it, and you can turn it off any time in Settings.
Can I export my hours?
Yes — Reports (Pro) → share as CSV, weekly or monthly, with per-day earnings.
Which schedules can rotation autofill stamp?
Any repeat you build from your shift chips and OFF days: 2-2-3, Pitman, DuPont, 4-on-4-off, 3×12, and more. The website's schedule pages can open a pattern in the app directly.
