SmileStreak is an iOS application that uses your front camera and Apple's on-device Vision and Core Image frameworks to measure the cosmetic appearance of your smile, produce a 0–100 “Smile Score,” and guide you through a 30-day habit program with before & after tracking. It is a cosmetic self-improvement and motivation tool.

SmileStreak is not a medical or dental device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is a substitute for professional dental or medical care. The Smile Score and any tips or routines are provided for cosmetic motivation only. If you have concerns about your teeth, gums, or oral health, consult a licensed dental professional.

The Smile Score is an estimate computed from image measurements such as brightness, evenness, and whiteness. It is designed to track relative change over time under consistent lighting, not to provide a clinical or absolute measurement. Scores can be affected by lighting, camera hardware, distance, and expression. Treat them as a motivational signal, not a verdict.

The Full Glow-Up Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks the full 30-day program, before & after history, share cards, and the rest of the app's premium features permanently on your Apple ID. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy — we do not process refunds directly.

SmileStreak helps you stay consistent and track progress — it does not itself whiten teeth or change your smile. Any cosmetic results depend on your own habits, products, and routines, which are outside the app's control. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, score improvement, or whitening result.

Your smile photos, scores, streak, and program progress are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the photos you choose to capture, and you agree to only photograph yourself or people who have consented. We do not access, view, or collect your photos or scores.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use the app to capture images of other people without their consent.

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any score will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Curious, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
