RateRadar is an iOS application that displays currency exchange rates, historical rate context, economic calendar events, a camera-based price scanner, and travel budget tools. It is an information product. RateRadar does not exchange money, transfer funds, or act as a financial intermediary of any kind.

All rates, intelligence scores, timing signals, event explanations, and other content in the app are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. Currency rates are volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via Frankfurter and from Open Exchange Rates. Economic calendar data is sourced from Trading Economics. We do our best to present accurate, timely information but provide no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Rates shown are mid-market reference rates and typically differ from rates you receive at banks, ATMs, or money transfer services.

RateRadar Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks certain features permanently on your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy — we do not process refunds directly.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Curious, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
