PepEffect is an iOS application that displays peptide compound information, side effect data, community-reported experiences, week-by-week timelines, and personal check-in tracking tools. It is an educational information product. PepEffect does not sell peptides, prescribe medications, provide medical diagnoses, or act as a healthcare provider of any kind.

All data, timelines, side effect percentages, community reports, stories, and other content in the app are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or health advice. Individual responses to peptides vary significantly. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol or medication.

Side effect percentages for FDA-approved compounds (tirzepatide, semaglutide) are sourced from official prescribing information. Data for research peptides is sourced from published clinical studies, systematic reviews, and case reports. Community-reported data is aggregated from publicly available experience reports and is clearly labeled as anecdotal. We do our best to present accurate, well-sourced information but provide no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your individual situation.

PepEffect Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks additional features permanently on your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy — we do not process refunds directly.

Check-in entries, protocol settings, and notes you create in the app are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you log. We do not access, view, or collect your check-in data.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use the app to provide medical advice to others or to represent app content as professional medical guidance.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Curious, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including but not limited to damages related to health decisions made based on app content.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
