Privacy Policy

• We do not use analytics SDKs of any kind.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not require an account, email address, or login.
• We do not sell, share, or transmit any personal data to third parties.
• We do not display advertising.
• We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
• We do not collect health or biometric data.

• Protocol settings.Your selected peptide, dose, route, frequency, and start date are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.
• Check-in entries. Side effects, benefits, severity ratings, and notes you log are stored locally on your device. They are never transmitted to any server.
• Preferences. Onboarding state and premium purchase status are stored in UserDefaults on your device.
• Cached peptide data. The app may cache updated peptide information from a public data source to keep compound information current. This request contains no personal information.

PepEffect makes one type of network request — fetching updated peptide reference data from a public URL. This request contains no personal information, no device identifiers, and no user data of any kind.

• Peptide data updates. A static JSON file hosted on GitHub containing compound information. No tracking, no cookies, no user identification.

The optional PepEffect Premium upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Purchase entitlement is validated through Apple's StoreKit framework on your device.

PepEffect provides general wellness information for educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All community data displayed in the app is aggregated and anonymized — no individual health information is collected, stored, or transmitted.

PepEffect is rated 17+ due to medical/treatment information content. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17.

If this policy materially changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Since we collect nothing, material changes are unlikely.
